### What's protected?
- Bodily injuries related to your Neighbor storage reservation
- Third-party property damage (excluding host and renter property damage) related to your Neighbor storage reservation
- Every Neighbor host in every US state

### What's not protected?
- Damage to your property or your renter’s property
- Property damage and bodily injuries that are NOT related to your Neighbor storage reservation

Payments made through our Host Guarantee are subject to certain conditions, limitations, and exclusions.

The Host Guarantee protections are provided in excess to other options available to you, such as your homeowner's insurance.

If a case needs to be reported, documentation (photos, receipts, etc.) will need to be provided as part of the resolution process.
